Rozenn specialises in insurance law and in particular in:
Industrial risks,
Marine, energy and transportation,
Professional liability,
Product liability,
Special risks.
In this regard, she represents many insurers of the French and English markets in disputes brought before French courts and arbitral tribunals. She also advises her clients on the drafting of insurance policies and the adaptation of the latter to French law.
Rozenn also represents industrial companies (shipowners, oil companies, traders) and has developed a strong reputation in the management of their risks, including in French-Speaking Africa.
Rozenn has also acknowledged skills in enforcement measures and thus regularly participates in the arrest of ships and aircrafts and the attachment of bank accounts. She also handles documentary credit-related disputes .
She holds a Maîtrise in Private Law from the University of Brest and a DESS. Rozenn was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997. She then joined the Paris Clyde & Co firm, where she became a partner in 2004.
