Robert’s expertise include negotiation, re-negotiation and cancellation of newbuilding contracts (and all associated contracts and guarantees) for large cruise vessels,  large container vessels,  VLCCs,  Car Carriers and large bulk carriers. Robert also specialises in change orders for off-shore vessels, including eg FPSO (mooring system), delay, disruption and quality issues relating to construction of  superyachts and construction of off-shore support vessels, conversion contracts and prototype vessels and guarantee claims (for and against shipyards).
